for networks, love highrise, or any simple crm, because I think you should keep track of the promises you make to people and make sure to come through for them. We have bigger and bigger networks, which is great, but you need to come through for them when you make a promise. Keeping tack of all of them can be tough so you need to write it down. Also do this on paper every morning. web tools- the web tool that I love most is basecamp. Its a simple project management software that is great for organizing conversations. I love it because I find email messy and too immediate when it comes to trying to coordinating a dispersed team (4+) . Also find it disregards peoples prioritites and timing and everything always ends up sounding urgent, everything cant be urgent. I love basecamp you set todos> tied to milestones > tied to projects and allows you to centralize communication with a dispersed team around each item. You avoid the disgusting backlog with todos sprinkled throughout and people can get their work done the way they like, striving towards those clear goals and dates. for networks, love highrise, or any simple crm, because I think you should keep track of the promises you make to people and make sure to come through for them. twitter & hash tags - leaves room for outside side conversation, can be integrated into the program as the organizer fits, and also allows the outside world a glimpse in and a way to contribute.
