Annotated screenshots game maker
1. I start by loading in a sound and replacing an already existing in-game sound. Since the sound is
linked to an action I didn’t have to make any sprites or commands.
I then created my own sound by adding an event.
2. Once creating the event, I selected what would be played for the background music. I then changed
the loop to true so it would then repeat in the game.
Here I am changing the sound for the player’s plane movement, a similar setup to the previous
screenshot I had to create the sound, select the sound action, find the sound and then set it on a
loop on a lower volume than the background music.
3. This is for when the player dies, the game will continue but a sound a bit louder than all the other
sounds, will be played at the point of death.
