The slides for my invited talk at the Open Science and Research Forum, Helsinki, November 2014. In this talk I say a little about what Jisc is about and recent notable successes, introduce our Technology Foresight process, and explore whether we are headed for a Digital Dark Age or a New Age of Enlightenment.
