of the offerings under Salesforce Summer â18 Release are listed below
4. Sales Cloud

multiple pre-recorded voicemail messages for voicemail drops, and
automatically log unsuccessful calls. Thereâs also an improved experience for call
monitoring, so managers can coach their reps to do their best work. This facility
is currently available in North America only.

intelligence in inbox. Also its Einstein Email Insights can identify an email that
needs attention in your inbox based on key factors. The feature of

your contacts so you can build closer relationships.

Einstein Account and Opportunity insights are now available on mobile.
With the in-app Setup Home dedicated to helping you customize Salesforce
Essentials to fit your business.
5. Pardot
Weâve changed how the recycle bin
works to help you with your efforts
around data protection and privacy
regulations, such as the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR). Pardot
no longer tracks prospects that are
archived in the recycle bin, and
prospects are only automatically
restored if they submit a form. Pardot
for Lightning app helps your Pardot
users be more productive by keeping
them in Salesforce. The app is no
longer a single tab, so gone are the
days of using Pardot in a separate
window and duplicated menus with
confusing navigation.
6. Pardot
The app has all-new navigation and
layout tailored for Lightning
Experience.
We now offer responsive prebuilt
layouts that you can edit to suit your
brandâs look and feel. Import one of
five prebuilt layouts, customize it, and
then use it again to style your landing
pages. You can also preview
templates, so you can be confident
about your design before publishing
your template.
Weâve localized the Pardot UI for
France, Germany, and Spain.
Localization in beta releases, and is
available to all customers.
7. Service Cloud
Increase case deflection and reduce handle time with AI-powered chatbots.
Natively built on the Salesforce platform, Einstein Bots can be set up
declaratively and are pre-integrated into your CRM data and real-time channels.
Einstein Bots can collect and qualify customer information to resolve routine
issues or seamlessly escalate to an agent for fast resolution.
Now, empower your employees to triage, manage, and resolve cases on the go
with the new native mobile app. Push notifications keep agents up to date on
the status of their cases, making it easier for them to provide customers with
fast, responsive service.
Ensure that cases are always routed to the right agent, to solve the case the first
time, with Omni-Channel skills-based routing. Automatically push cases to
agents based on their skill set, availability, and capacity through the power of
the Omni-Channel Routing engine.
8. Service Cloud
Streamline email communication and
increase agent productivity with all-
new case email enhancements. Set up
email to dynamically pre-populate
based on certain case criteria to save
agents time and ensure consistency.
And with the improved email
publisher, agents can drag and drop
attachments, have quick access to
functions like reply, and never have to
worry about losing their work with
auto-save.
9. Marketing Cloud
With Google Analytics 360 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration,
marketers now can access an analytics dashboard within Journey Builder to
visualize and analyze engagement on the web and in emails coming from both
Google and Salesforceâwithout ever leaving Marketing Cloud.
With DMP and Email Studio bi-directional email activation, you can manage the
customer's journey across email and advertising using data and insights from
both channels.
Manage your Instagram business account directly from Social Studio without
any need for additional mobile steps. You can now target multiple accounts and
publish content at scale to key Instagram accounts. Publish images, captions,
and hashtags to the feed for your Instagram followers from Social Studio
desktop or mobile.
Give advisors, owners, and partners the ability to quickly personalize and send a
single, on-brand email to their customers and prospects directly from the
individualâs record.
10. Community Cloud
With pre-built themes, you can create
a visually stunning experience for
visitors, using clicks, not code. To
create your experience, you can start
from a library of pre-built themes in
Lightning Community Builder.
It's never been easier for community
managers to engage and care for their
members. Rather than posting
individual messages to each member,
community managers can now craft a
message once, and post broadly. With
one click in the Engagement Queue,
managers post the personalized
message.
11. Commerce Cloud
Einstein Search Recommendations powers personalized typeahead search (or
search-as-you-type) for each individual shopper, guiding them to the best
search terms. Search Recommendations applies algorithms to commerce data
to identify which search results are the most relevant to each shopper, so that
retailers can be confident that shoppers are exploring their site on the quickest
path to conversion.
Language analyzers are an important feature for site search. A language
analyzer understands the characteristics of a specific language (like
apostrophes, French accents, Greek characters, and more), and increases the
relevancy of search results. In this release, we added new filters to the language
analyzer in Commerce Cloud to further increase the relevancy of site search
results. We also added four new languages: Brazilian Portuguese, Sorani
Kurdish, Irish, and Hindi.
12. Commerce Cloud's new meta-tag rules allow merchants to define Meta tags
using a rule-based approach for several page types, like product catalogue
pages, product detail pages, search result pages, and more. The rules allow
merchants to create unique Meta tag content and avoid duplicate or missing
Meta information on a page.
13. Quip
Quip is in the Salesforce AppExchange. Extend Quip with relationship maps,
diagrams, and project data with Live Apps from innovative companies like Altify,
Lucidchart, and Taskray. Add multiple Live Apps to a Quip document to view and
collaborate on live data from tools you use every day to keep everyone on the same
page and make decisions faster.
Project Tracker is a flexible project management app you can insert into any Quip
document. Assign, track, and run projects in the same place that work and
conversations happen.
Define a step-by-step process in a document and then track your progress through it
with Process Bar Live App. Perfect for visualizing copy workflows, approval processes,
or transition plans.
Add images to Quip documents with the new Image Live App. Bring conference floor
blueprints, UI sketches, or screenshots into documents, and then crop them to fit
just right and use pinnable comments to spark conversations anywhere in the image.
14. Health Cloud
Health Cloud now supports Field Service Lightning, and you can choose from a
variety of out-of-the-box
15. Analytics
The Summer '18 release introduces the first suite of App Templates focused on
specific use cases to bring you out-of-the box insights to your data. Pick and
choose the analytics you need from Quoting Analytics, Adoption Analytics,
Change Analytics, Snapshot Analytics, Fundraising Analytics, and Waterfall
Analytics.
The new Lightning Experience report builder is now generally available. In
addition, you can now organize and share your reports by subfolders, and keep
stakeholders and teams in-the-know by subscribing them to dashboards in
addition to reports.
Salesforce now natively retains Einstein Discovery models within the Salesforce
trusted platform. This provides real-time predictions and recommendations by
eliminating external calls, so users can make critical business decisions faster
than ever
