Profile
 Over the past 11 years Advait has been making a
contribution in the domain of leadership and
peak-performance.
 His signature strength is to help people open up,
step out of their comfort zone and risk change.
 Much of what he brings to his role as a ‘change
agent’ is drawn from breaking his addiction to drugs.
This experience gives his facilitation its authenticity, its
power, and its inspirational quality. As a result, the
participants begin to view ‘change’ not as a threat to
resist, but an adventure to engage in.
 He offers free counselling to people struggling with
various kinds of addictions (work, Internet, food, toxic
relationships, etc) as a mark of gratitude for all the
generous support he has received.
 A competent trekker, he is considering scaling
Mt. Everest within the next three years.

assessment of the situation.
