monument in Square des Alpes, Jet d’eau
(that big fountain) walk along the lake;
(PM) cross to Geneva Old Town & go
around, visit Cathedral Saint‐Pierre (Go up
the tower) then to Jardin Anglais etc
October 7, 2012 (Sun) Geneva ‐via boat: go to Château de Chillon via
(whole day) Lausanne (visit the castle); then to
Montreaux
(take a train here going back to Geneva)
October 8, 2012 (Mon) Geneva to Bern via Train –take (AM) Tour Bern‐go around the city and
the 6am train (3‐4 hrs trip) check out the clock tower and Swiss
Parliament Building; see the Felsenau
Viadukt (if you have time)
(4pm) Leave for Zurich – 3 hours trip
