Human Resource Management membantu mengeluarkan

SDM bisa amat membantu pada sukses perusahaan.
Pelatihan ini akan membantu anda bagaimana mengelola
bakat-bakat yang ada dalam perusahaan agar
perusahaan lebih mampu bersaing.
Secara tradisi Human resource lebih menitikberatkan pada
job description saja, daripada kompetensi yang dimiliki
oleh karyawan.
Agar karyawan bisa bekerja dengan potensi yang
sesungguhnya, maka bakat-bakatnya harus dikenali.
Bakat-bakat tadi harus ditarik ke permukaan, sehingga
mereka bisa lebih puas dalam bekerja, dan perusahaan
bisa memaksimalkan potensi karyawan itu untuk
kesuksesan bisnis mereka.
Pelatihan ini membahas bagaimana harus me-reinvent
departemen SDM agar segera bergerak ke arah
kompetensi, dan bukannya hanya pada job description
Mengelola SDM berdasar kompetensi hendaknya menjadi
pondasi dari semua upaya dari department SDM.
Bakat-bakat tadi harus ditarik ke permukaan, sehingga
mereka bisa lebih puas dalam bekerja, dan perusahaan
bisa memaksimalkan potensi karyawan itu untuk
kesuksesan bisnis mereka.
Pelatihan ini membahas bagaimana harus me-reinvent

Tuntutan bisnis sekarang ini mengharuskan Departemen
SDM sebagai experts yang bisa mendongkrak bakat-
bakat yang ada pada karyawan agar perusahaan
mencapai keunggulan bersaing.
HR Profesional harus memiliki sensitivitas baru terhadap
seperangkat kemampuan dari human resource
( termasuk kecerdasan emosi) dalam menserasikan HR
efforts dengan tujuan strategis perusahaan.
HR professional juga harus bisa mengintegrasikan
berbagai aktivitas HR sehingga mereka secara konsisten
terdorong untuk mencapai hasil terbaik yang dibebankan
pada karyawan.

• Memahami masalah competency modeling
• Memahami bagaimana hubungan HR Planning dengan
Competency
• Memahami bagaimana peran Compency pada bidang
rekrutmen, pelatihan, manajemen kinerja, penerapan
imbalan serta pengembangan SDM di perusahaan yang
berdasarkan kompetensi.
