2. What is workshop902?
a closed community of UX designers/
designer founders who want to give & get
feedback on their design iterations online
and in live workshops.
3. What inspired us to create
workshop902?
While developing our own prototypes, we experienced first-hand how easy it was to invest lots
of time, money & emotion into a design that ultimately doesn't translate to users. Our
immediate solution for our own apps was to accost members of the General Assembly UX
community for feedback we could use to iterate. This jig was hard to keep up.
Our long-term solution to this larger problem is Workshop902. We aim to help designers/
founders who have "hit the wall" with their designs or who want to know if their designs will
make users "hit the road." We believe access to a steady stream of feedback from other
designers will help bring out their best design.
