1. BEGIN THE DAY WITH THE FOLLOWING BELIEFS
 I am a peaceful and loving soul. I will remain peaceful
throughout the day.
 I behold beauty, goodness, peace and love in you.
 The knowledge, skill that I have that comes from above.
The purpose of my life is to share my knowledge, skill
with you all for the benefit of the humanity. That I will
do through out the day.
 For the entire day, I will stay cool and not be hurt,
whatever difficult situation or circumstances it may be.
 Problems are normal in life. They are the test of my
strength ability and resilience. Inherent in any problem,
there is a solution I will try to find out the solution
keeping my cool.
