1. Railways Drive the Prospority

When the existence of human being people walk
their on foot from one place to another place. There
is no need of transport . At that time people doesn't
have long destination . If some people walk from
one place to they don't have any transport .
For the first time people made a Boat on water to
cross the river . They feel that if they have transport
then easy to travel . Then they made traditional
transportation . After that they travel long distance
.People have problem to carry goods from one
place to another place.
People want to make their life easier . So they try
invent easier and faster transport . At the nineteen
century British engineer invent First steam
locomotive railway known
as Penydarren locomotive was built by Richard
Trevithick in United Kingdom .The first train carried
a load of 10 tons of iron.
2. Than it expand Other country . In India railways line
were developed by British Ruling . To Carry the
goods from one place to another .In India First train
ran in 1837 . All train used for cotton and Goods
transportation . From 1853-1924 passenger
railways connective develop .
Three steam engines train carrying 400 people . In
the eastern part of India the first passenger train
ran from Howrah to Hoagly .
After The development of train its helps the world
modernize and change life style of People .
In China The first Railways were built during the
Quing Dynasty in the late 19th century after
extensive railways network were already in Place in
Europe , North America, India and Japan . The late
arrival of railway in china was due to Both the lake
of industrialization and Skeptical attitude of the
Quing Government .

In Nepal during the Rana period, the Raxaul-
Amlekhagunj was built as a 2 ft 6 in narrow gauge
railway. This 39 km long line built by the British in
1927, allowed people from different areas of the
country to reach Amlekhganj, and helped move
heavy vehicles to Bhimphedi but the railway was
later closed down.
The historic Janakpur railway running between
Nepal and India was once a major border crossing
for citizens on both sides.
The Jayanagar- Janakpur 2 ft 6 in narrow gauge
railway, was also introduced during the Rana
period. The Jayanagar-Janakpur-Bijalpura line is
currently under gauge conversion to 5 ft 6 in with
an extension to Bardibas .

minister also come Nepal To observe and study
probability of railways connectivity Nepal and
China .
While India and China are competing to each other
for Railways connectivity in Nepal . Their may

. Nepal should take benefits from it and tackled
with diplomatic way To neighbours . Nepal should
focus of safeguarding on their interest without
taking any bilateral ties at risk .
Currently our economy is turmoil . At This time
other country try to take benefit from us . But we
can't Go back or can't ignore of the Highest
economic growth country like china and India .
Nepal should take benefit from this two country . If
they want to help us That is good for us . But if
always accept aids from neighbor we can't make
good neighbourhood relationship .
But this time Nepal should Invent in railways
connectivity to India and Nepal like wise china to
Nepal . We can take Aids from neighbour . Now the
government of Nepal also seems to be Stability . So
its help Nepal to develop Our country .
7. Internally , the government of Nepal is planning to
complete the project report of East-West Railway
lines .
The Department of Railways under the Ministry of
Physical Infrastructure and Transport has said that it
will finalize the DPR of the entire project with the
completion of the Butwal-Gaddachauki section--the
remaining section of the larger project till October .
The railway department has already completed the
DPR of the Kakadbhitta- Bardibas, Bardibas-Simara,
Simara-Butwal section .
Provisional government also focused on railways
and mono-railways to developed their state .
Kathmandu and Lalitpur metropolitan city are trying
to developed the connectivity the railways
connection .
Now the government of Nepal is focused on railway
connectivity . If we connect railways from South
and North border than we can easier to catch up
8. prosperity of Nepal . We easily transport goods
from one country to another . Not only that we
intro-connect with one state to another state . We
can import many things from railways and we easily
export to outside our country .
But Some leader and expert are concerning about
trade debt. They things that if we connect railways
to china and India our trade will lost . This is also a
good sound for nation . We should not depend to
only other country . Instant we should have invest
in agriculture and other profitable sector which
things we export .
If we developed tourism sector many Chinese and
Indians also come to visit Nepal . Railways is a easier
and faster transportation . It is also cheaper means
of transport . Not only two country other
foreigners also come to visit the Nepal. So Nepal
should not get out of the way of railway
connectivity .
