4. Hi-D Palapar's ultimate
dream is to spend the rest of
her life just reading and
writing. She cannot see home
without books. She mainly
writes poetry, but tinkers with
other genres. She has been to
the Faigao, Iligan, UP and
Iyas workshops. She also
writes heritage and art articles
for local newspapers.
6. Haidee Palapar is a product of
such writing workshops. A
member of the Women in
Literary Arts Inc. (WILA) and
Bathalad.

7. Haidee Emmie Palapar is the Communications
Officer of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc.
(RAFI). RAFI is a non-stock non-profit
organization with a 44-year history and
background in social development work in the
Visayas and Mindanao
8. In the years that Ms.
Palapar has joined the
foundation, it has aggressively
worked in publicizing and
promoting the foundationâs
advocacies
and
initiatives,
aligning
with
RAFIâs
brand
of
collaboration, knowing that to
effect positive change all
citizens must be engaged in
working
for
their
communities.
9. At the same time, RAFIâs programs
have gained recognition in national
P.R awards.
10. On her own
capacity, Ms.
Palapar is active in
the Cebuano
literary
scene, currently
serving as the
Coordinator for
in the Committee on Literary
Region 7
Arts of the National
Commission for Culture and
the Arts.
