2. Experiment 1: Measuring the Wind Speed DATA This experiment was done by using the simple anemometer provided by Sir Opus. The electric fan measured is the one situated in the workshop. Figure 1: Experiment Set-Up FAN SPEED Actual Wind Speed 1 4.37 m/s 2 4.98 m/s 3 5.59 m/s
3. Experiment 2: Measuring Voltage and Current DATA This experiment was done using the department electric fan situated at the department workshop . The pictures of the set-up for both the voltage and current measurements will be provided in the next slides. The video coverage will also be shown. At a fan speed of 1 which is approximately having a wind speed of 4.37 m/s. The device can slightly turn a light bulb on. Fan Speed Voltage (AC) Current 1 3.2 V 2.05 mA 2 4.4 V 25 mA 3 5.05 V 25 mA

6. Experiment 3: Motor Testing Motor 1 : AirPAx Motor Voltage Generated: 10.4 V AC The motor has a red and black physical color characteristic. It is slightly harder to turn as compared to the other motor tested. This motor tested at the department using the drill at the uniform drill speed. Motor 2 : Teac Motor Voltage Generated: 11.33 V AC The motor’s rotor component runs smoothly under the experiment conditions. This motor is run using the same set-up as the first motor. The drill used to test the motor also runs at a uniform speed.
