3- Ease of Use

Now the following are their market approaches.
ď‚· In this modern era of discovery Awareness can be created among the
customers through social media like Orkut, Facebook and Twitter etc. They
can easily access the information through it.
ď‚· You can get the attention of customers by different promotions and
bonuses schemes e.g. Discounts
ď‚· Most customers are attracted by the ease of use , you should give them
maximum possible ease for their satisfaction e.g. create a website
ď‚· Customers can place their orders online and get them delivered at home. It
saves their time and it minimizes transport or other cost etc.
ď‚· This is the process of delivering wide-market goods and services that are
modified to satisfy a specific customer need. You can customize your
customers by delivering the things according to their needs.

ď‚· When you purchase something online by your credit card then questions
for safety and security arises which distract the customers. Is this a Verified
Person? Who is not going to share our private data e.g. Credit Card Number
ď‚· You should be well known about what you offer and you are expected to
offer by your customers. Your offerings must be according to the desires
and expectations of customers. If there is a lack of comprehension then it
divert customer to a substitute.
ď‚· The major issue arises mostly is the lack of knowledge, how to place an
online order? The website must provide a guideline for their new
customers who are not well aware of e-commerce.
4. ď‚· To create an online system it is not an easy task you have to invest a lot of
money in it and to maintain it finance is also required, so it increases your
cost and customers divert from there by price difference.
ď‚· In online shopping the problem for shipment may arise. If someone place
the order and he or she couldn’t receive their thing on time then he will not
again go for online shopping from your company. You can use RFID (Radio
Frequency Identification) for this type of issue.
