This is a pilot session on initiatives to be connected with Rasulullah s.a.w. during our busy work life. It contains a hadith from a book called Syamail Muhammadiyyah (Description of Muhammad s.a.w.) and the first hadith from the book 40 hadiths.

3. The way our Muhammad Drinks عن أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه: ”أن النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) كان يتنفس في الإناء ثلاثا إذا شرب. ويقول هو أمرأ وأروى“. From Anas ibnMaalik, may Allah be pleased with him:"The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) breathes three times when he drinks. And he says its healthier on the stomach and better to quench the thirst. "

Actions are judged by Intentions First Hadith It is narrated on the authority of AmirulMu'minin, Abu Hafs 'Umar bin al-Khattab, radiyallahu 'anhu, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu 'alayhiwasallam, say: "Actions are (judged) by motives (niyyah), so each man will have what he intended. Thus, he whose migration(hijrah) was to Allah and His Messenger, his migration is to Allah and His Messenger; but he whose migration was for some worldly thing he might gain, or for a wife he might marry, his migration is to that for which he migrated."
