As a merchandise processor my responsibilities are to read and audit vendor labels. Identify, count and
sort packages with a high level of accuracy while participation in LEAN initiatives.
Server, Sushi Groove, Utah, 2010- 2011
As a server I am responsible for greeting guest and seating them. The position requires a great
knowledge of sushi styles, types of fish along with product and preparation. This position also has a
variety of duties including stocking and rotating goods, cash handling and beer/wine sales.
Cafe/ Beverage Cart, Riverbend Grill, Utah, 2008-2010 Summer Seasons
This position I helped check inventory and re-order inventory on a daily basis, while there was steady
flow of cash handling and the need to memorize close out procedure at the end of the day. I worked
alone on a deli line and a flat top grill making a full hot food menu. I also help set up banquets for the
golfers and other organizations, entertaining from food to drinks. This position requirers a
S.M.A.R.T card and a food handlers permit.
Retail Sales, Lifts and Tickets Sales, Brighton Ski Resort, Utah, 2005-2008
Sold top of the line gear and soft goods for four years, responsible for opening and closing duties.
Previous to retail I worked in the ticketing department, this included being up the canyon earlier to
assist everyone with purchases, lesson packages, ensuring that the guest has everything they need to
enjoy there snow day. This position gave me a great deal of cash handling experience.
Assistant Manager, Customer Service, H.D.O.S Enterprises, Utah/Nevada, 2000-2008
This position was a very enjoyable part of my life. The company spirit and team work that it instilled
into my work ethic has continued with me within my work experience. Duties included schedule
making, hiring and training of new employees. Hosting monthly meeting with employees, and
ensuring that our store is meeting the monthly sales goals.
