Disputes & Litigation.
He specialises in large multinational forensic accounting investigations,
anti-bribery investigations, arbitrations and resolution of post-acquisition
purchase price disputes as well as matters involving the determination
of damages. He has assisted clients in various forums including the

Association (AAA) and several ad hoc arbitrations in the United States and

Nandita Dandekar, Respiratory Commercial Manager for Emerging Markets and Australasia, GSK
Nandita joined GSK in 2005 as Product Manager where she handled a brand portfolio of mass market brands
and was promoted as Marketing Manager Respiratory in 2011 where she lead the respiratory marketing
team to plan, develop and execute the Seretide Price/Volume opportunity in India through access. Also, she
was strategically involved in formulation of the 5 year respiratory strategy for India considering the growth
