successful completion of the learning
objectives during a CAL I class.
CAL II complements the leadership
development program by advancing
your education with validated practice,
personal coaching and peer-based
sharing. In this on-line 8 month-
long program, you’ll have the
opportunity for hands-on practice,
feedback in real time, interact with
other students who share your Agile
values, increase your confidence and
grow your understanding of what it
takes to be a successful leader.
