Certified Agile Leadership Program
CAL I is an introductory, education-
based program with objectives across
five categories. This will start you on
your Agile leader journey. During this 2
day training, you’ll develop
awareness of Agile leadership thinking,
focus, vision, and behavior. Your CAL
I credential is achieved upon
successful completion of the learning
objectives during a CAL I class.
CAL II complements the leadership
development program by advancing
your education with validated practice,
personal coaching and peer-based
sharing. In this on-line 8 month-
long program, you’ll have the
opportunity for hands-on practice,
feedback in real time, interact with
other students who share your Agile
values, increase your confidence and
grow your understanding of what it
takes to be a successful leader.
What is the
difference
between the
CAL I
credential and
the CAL II
credential?
Certified Agile Leadership
Certification
To participate in the CAL II program
you will be asked to propose your own
real life case-study to work on.
During the next 8 months you will be
driven through that case and supported
in your leadership development journey
with advanced education, personal
coaching and peer workshops.
This assistance will help you to boost
your leadership skills and validate your
skills in practice. Your case study will be
properly developed and documented
during your CAL II program.
How can I get
the Certified
Agile Leader
certification?
Upon successful completion of
CAL I and CAL II, you will be
eligible to apply for the CAL
Certification.
Your case-study will be validated
by your Approved CAL Educator
and you will be granted the
Certified Agile Leader

certification.
Our CAL II is designed as a 3-part process which incorporates:
Personal Coaching:

A minimum* of 8 (1 hour long) on-line

professional ICF coach trained on the
#LeadershipDancefloor
Advanced Education:
A series of 8 (2 hours long) on-line
learning activities based on your real-
life examples led by an Approved CAL
Educator
What is the CAL II Program Model?
Validated Practice: the student should
submit a log on the usage of the
#leadershipdancefloor. This log will be
validated and uploaded by your CAL
Educator. Once a student successfully completes
the CAL I training, the CAL II on-line
program, and the case-study is
validated, the Student will be awarded
with the Certified Agile Leader (CAL)
certification by the Scrum Alliance.
