This document provides a manpower gap analysis for a hospital. It analyzes the sanctioned, proposed, and filled positions for doctors, para-medical staff, administrative staff, operation theatre staff, and blood bank staff against the standards set by the IPHS norms. It identifies gaps where the number of filled positions is less than the proposed positions. The overall gaps for doctors is 3 positions for the current norm and -20 positions for the next higher norm. Significant gaps exist for staff nurse, hospital workers, and general duty doctors.
