Request
It is output of Perform Integrated change Control process.
Approved CR’s are scheduled &/or implemented changes by project team.
Corrective action:
•Correcting a defect that has been detected while
the work is being done.
Preventive action
•Correcting a defect that may occur in the future if
the work continues on its present course.
Defect repair
•correcting a defect that has been detected after
the work has been done.

Deliverable is a any unique or verifiable product, result or a capability.
Typically they are outcome of the project and can include components of the PMP.
E.g., Software build ready, means development phase of software project is complete.
