Covering letter
A cover letter is a one-page document that you submit as part of your job application
(alongside your CV or Resume).
Its purpose is to introduce you and briefly summarize your professional background. On
average, your cover letter should be from 250 to 400 words long.
A good cover letter can spark the HR manager’s interest and get them to read your resume.
A bad cover letter, on the other hand, might mean that your application is going directly to
the paper shredder. So, to make sure this doesn’t happen, it’s essential to know how to write a
convincing cover letter.
How a good cover letter looks, you might ask. Well, here’s an example:

https://www.job-interview-site.com perfectresume.com
If you’re writing a cover letter for the first time, writing all this might seem
pretty tough. After all, you’re probably not a professional writer.
The thing is, though, you don’t need to be creative, or even any good at writing.
All you have to do is follow a tried-and-tested format:
Header - Input contactinformation
Greeting the hiring manager
Opening paragraph - Grab the reader’s attention with 2-3 of your top
achievements
Second paragraph - Explain why you’re the perfect candidate for the job
Third paragraph - Explain why you’re a good match for the company
Formal closing

WORK PHILOSOPHY
Make a list of the things you value and what you believe and incorporate them
into your work philosophy. Decide which are the most important to you and
include those. For example, if you value teamwork, include something in
the philosophy about the benefit of working with others to accomplish a task.
CAREER PHILOSOPHY
Your philosophy is the approach that you take to your work. It
shows your potential employer whether or not you fit in the style or culture of
the company. ... Think of your philosophy as your brand, a clear-cut statement
of who you are and how you apply that to your work.
How do you write a professional philosophy statement?
Think about the things you learned from your formal education and how you
have applied them in your practice. Make note of connections you have noticed
between what you learned in schooland what you have learned on the job.
What is your philosophy in life best answer?
My philosophy on life is that you should live while you are alive and you
should give others that same privilege. We shouldn't judge people for the
choices they make, because we all make bad decisions. You should do what you
want with your life, as long as it makes you happy and causes no harm to
others.
What is your personal philosophy?
A personal philosophy is a set of guiding principles that we live by. It
influences everything from the words you say, to the steps you take, to the items
that you will and will not purchase at the store. And individuals conceptualize
philosophies in many ways.

The Interviewer’s Perspective
Interviewers who ask this question expect to hear a thoughtful, intelligent
answer of someone who cares to realize himself professionally.
If you have ever done self assessment for your career or you naturally have self
awareness, you must have an answer to this question.
The answer that will please the interviewer will reflect keenness, enthusiasm,
mature experience, and strong work ethics.
There is no good or bad answer, but an honest answer – Whatever you say the
most important thing is to be honest about it.
Most interviewees are not effective liars and most interviewers are very good at
spotting dishonesty.
Employers are much more impressed by honesty and enthusiasms, than by an
image of exaggerated perfection.
Work Philosophy– Examples ofWork Philosophies
Sample work philosophy statements are as follows –
Your Philosophy towards Work
The 12 best work philosophies that one can think of are:
Teamwork: The love to work with others. The advantage of working in a team
– Two heads are better than one. ‘Teamwork Makes a Dream works’ – The
benefit of accessing more ideas, working in harmony and helping each other for
achieving mutual goals.
Helping/Serving: The Power in Serving Others. Helping people or serving
customers to get back something.
Motivation: Commitment, dedication and loyalty towards work – Commitment
will bring in dedication, hard work and best results.
Resourceful: The creative use of resources. Being resourceful – Making the
best use of own resource and external resources to get the results you want.

Balancing: The “Work hard – Play hard” approach is a new philosophy towards
work. Better Work-Life balance or a good life/ work management skills brings
success. Means – Balancing your day work with interesting fulfilling personal
life, for example – Pleasure after work, sport, hobbies, playing with your kids,
rich family life and special interests
Unique: The ‘Making a difference at work’ approach – Adding value and
uniqueness to the job. Being a talent. It is not the CEO that makes the difference
but the company talents.
100% Effort: The “do your best” philosophy – Contribute your best skills,
experience and effort for the optimal productivity. Two good quotes: “Much
good work is lost for the lack of a little more” and “I’m a great believer in luck,
and I find the harder I work the more I have of it”.
Focused: Focus of Being Focused to find success – being determined. Get the
work/job done on time and no matter the circumstances.
Leadership: Taking responsibilities – Leading by example.
Creativity: Initiation, creative planning, active listening and critical thinking
approach. Intuition and imagination brings creativity and the ability to explore
new thinking – If you don’t exercise creative ways you get to nowhere sooner or
later.
Learn from mistakes: “Learn from mistake and accepting them to improve
next time” philosophy. An error doesn’t become a mistake until you refuse to
correct it.
Visionary: An inspired person (a dreamer.. ) who tries to follow a vision as
much as s/he can. Which means they might change careers suddenly, begin
learning new skills or start their own business, and generally prefer less
lucrative jobs, if that’s where their dream takes them.
