•   Daikin mascot (blue & pink) warmly welcome guests at “Unit display”.

•   There would be a mini orchestra playing classic music.
•   Guests would be drawn a portrait sketch.
•   PGs in kimono receive name cards and invitations, then give each guest a remote-
    control shaped card (to use in the lucky draw of the show).
•   Introduction: Daikin rep introduce the content of the show and welcome all
    guests.
•   Opening speech: Daikin GM would be invited to give an opening speech.
•   Presentation: Daikin rep present Daikin annual report 2009.
-The MC will ask guests to play a mini game of Truc Xanh on screen
- Guest will point out 4 - 6 good characteristics of Daikin AC (this imply
that new product will combine all good characteristics)
- When all 4 pieces are opened the image of new product appears
- Then Clip on new product is shown
- After the clip, two mascott bring the AC (covered by a red cloth) on statge
- The GM open the cover and confetti shot
•   Q&A: customers and dealers could ask Daikin GM and executives. Daikin mascot
    would bring microphones to questioner.
•   Cocktail service: serving soft drinks and prepare set menu party later.
•   MC makes a short speech to thank Daikin
    dealer making a great contribution to
    corporation’s sales.
•   Playing video clip.
•   MC invites best dealer in turn.
•   MC invites Daikin GM to give them awards (designed statues).
•   A group of kids in white costume dance cutely with 4-5 Daikin mascots. Or, kid
      fashion show.
  •   At the end of the performance, cherry-blossom shaped confetti would be shot
      around the hall while white balloons on ceiling would be dropped down. And
      Daikin mascots bring out cherry blossoms and give them to kids.

Option 1
•   Kids holding a petal of cherry blossom run down the stage and give them to each
    guests respectively.
•   MC shows up and welcome guests funnily and friendly.
•   MC invites Daikin executives come on stage to begin toasting.
•   Daikin mascot makes fun on stage.
•   MC encourage everyone to raise their glasses to celebrate Daikin’s success in this
    year.
•   Fireworks would be shot at the same time.
•   Remote-control shaped cards delivered to guests
    at the beginning have code numbers. Prize
    winners would be chosen based on those
    numbers.
•   Those cards are also USBs as doorgifts.
•   A transparent ball would be transmit orderly
    between guests while Daikin GM would sing a
    Japanese song. Daikin GM would stop singing
    unexpectedly. The prize would come to someone
    keep the ball at that time.
•   Famous singers and music bands perform.
•   A popular magician performs and interact funnily with Vietnamese and Japanese
    guests.
•   Option 1: “Oan tu ti” by foot.
•   Option 2: Vietnamese zodiac.
•   Everyone can sing on stage after the game.
•   Game “Tam sao thất bổn”

• Beside mascot and mini orchestra, guests would be asked for their name to
  engrave on a pot of clay flowers a gift for them at the end of the show.
• Their photos taken in front of the display unit would be sticked their personal
  information (or dealer code number) to use in lucky draw.
• After Daikin GM’s presentation, a magician would perform with a big box which
  can contain an AC.
• At first, he attracts everyone with interesting magic.
• Then, he uses a big cloth to cover himself. When he lifts down, there are 2 girls
  holding A NEW DAIKIN AC.
• Led screen: magical.
• Sound, lighting and music make guests curious and be attracted.
