- Explain the importance of identifying the positive What’s working? These are the processes, methods, and/or resources that are currently helpful relating to communication and interaction between peers. TOP EIGHT! Monthly Division meetings Employees are appreciative of their co-workers. They feel that they’re experienced, knowledgeable, and willing to assist others. Some departments have provided desk reference manuals to outline processes and procedures. Some departments have implemented regular meetings and training sessions. One-on-one scheduled meetings with managers and/or directors. The creation and maintenance of the :Mdrive Most felt that on an intradepartmental level, the effectiveness of communication was good and that there was a high level of trust. 100 Day Challenge- it encourages and motivates people among the division to interact with one another.
