12. from ProGA
(collaborative detect/avoid/separation tool for GA)
use of uncertified equipment on board a GA flight
(suggestions about navigation and self separation in class G airspace)
responsibility over reliability of uncertified data
(flight plan and position data shared by private pilots over a network)

13. from ACCCHANGE
(accelerating change by regional forerunners)
ANSPs could be privatized or at least commercialised to a greater extent
pass the consequences of any accidents onto non-governmental bodies
few companies would serve the European market creating the possibility of
economies of scale in the sector but would also mean that individual
countries need to deal with issues of sovereignty of their skies
organize the ATM market under trajectory-based service provision
how to organize the market, ensure safety and whether airlines would then
be free to choose among providers
