2. OntoMed LLC. (USA) offers
stand-alone medical components
suited for IT integration or inclusion
into medical devices
(www.ontomeds.com).
OntoMed is collaborating with major
hospitals and research institutions
in the United States, Europe and
South America in various fields
such as cardiology, neurology and
critical care.
Low and middle income countries
(LMIC) represent 50% of the
worldâs population and account for
91% of all road trauma victims.
Lack of medical monitoring
equipment in Vietnam is estimated
to $US 200 million annually (of
which 95% are imported).
We will create a new smart
medical device industry serving
LMICâs needs designed for
affordable and massive deployment.
Feeding data-points from critical processes helps
measuring different complexity risks identified within
the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) environment.
Examples are work (flow) process risks, technical
infrastructure stability, network fragilities and human
resource limitations. Monitoring this, helps pinpointing
risk issues early so they can be addressed as soon
as possible before a breakdown occurs.
OntoMed, uses these very same principles,
measuring patients medical data in real-time for
stability and trauma intensity to help improve medical
decisions and outcomes.
EMS efficiency relies on manpower, training,
transportation, accessibility, treatment facilities,
intensive care units (ICU) and standardized medical
records.
We will assemble and deliver a shared infrastructure
boosting decisions from EMS dispatch to the accident
site, during ambulatory transport (OntoMed
monitoring), into the treatment facility and during ICU
recovery.
A secured professional solution must also provide
extra (sourced) training functionality like MOOC,
social media platform; real-time video sharing and
connect EMS work (flow) processes.
When assembled and configured, this shared modular
infrastructure will transform and improve EMS
efficiency.
Ontonix model-free analytics
measures complexity for medical,
financial and industrial applications.

BEST EMS AT LEAST COST IS NOW POSSIBLE
We seek supporters, sponsors and early adopters
motivated to join this SE Asian pilot project
transforming the Emergency Medical Services
landscape to help take up a more professional EMS
business process model.
Beneficiries are the victims in developing countries.
If this project attracts your interest, then we are
keen to hearing from you. You can assist this bold
NGO initiative in-kind or with cash grants.
If this project attracts your interest, then we are
keen to hearing from you. You can assist this bold
NGO initiative in-kind or with cash grants.
We intend to reduce equipment
budgets for standalone (and non-
integrated) systems as much as
possible, therefore EMS organizations
can focus more on operational
expansion and best practices. This
will benefit victimâs outcomes, and
reduce dramatic social and dire
economic consequences.
The project requires:
ďˇ Donations, grants, sponsors and
investors to implement a unique
value proposition.
ďˇ A project designed to scale and
serve half the worldâs population.
ďˇ Medical experts are sought to
participate in target group
discussions and share their best
practise expertise on a world wide
basis.
ďˇ Individual contributions are
welcomed.
