opportunities to improve. 5-8 experts from independent board of examiners reviews each
application by spending at least 300 hours and the site visited applicants receives more than 1000
hours of review.
Each applicant receives a written report of its strenghts for improvements based on the
examination of its award application. Organisations uses the reports in their strategic planning. It
helps achieve organisation better coordination and consistency among plans, actions, results etc.
