support the business unit HR business partners. All levels
support each other.”
 “Often times our centers of excellence are unclear as to the
HRBP role. At times, the HRBP is concerned about stepping on
toes of the shared services functions.”
 “That COE's had no or little visibility at
the business level - was not good.”
