important?
Answer:
Reputation marketing highlights and amplifies positive brand content like customer reviews
through traditional and digital marketing channels to boost sales. In short, it’s a strategy to
promote your brand’s existing good reputation.i
Relationship marketing is a strategy designed to foster customer loyalty, interaction and long-
term engagement. It is designed to develop strong connections with customers by providing them
with information directly suited to their needs and interests and by promoting open
communication.ii
Nowadays reputation marketing and relationship marketing both are similarly important.
Reputation marketing mainly focused on digital marketing and online review. Relationship
marketing are focused to build long term relationship with consumer to full fill their actual
needs. A business could not survive with loyal consumer. Objective of relationship marketing
and reputation marketing create brand loyalty to increase Customer life time value.

According to this chart we can easily understand a large number of customer focused on online
review. In product life cycle Later Majority are depends on word of mouth and review. So
without a strategy for Reputation marketing it is hard survive today’s business. The main
challenge is that in reputation marketing business can face negative review and they must be
ensure this pressure.
In relationship marketing company push all the channel to create customer brand loyalty. It is
important to create an emotional attachment with consumer. In relationship marketing company
create customer life time value to satisfy their needs and apply all the potential channel that
create positive feelings about the brands. Customer satisfaction and retention is important part of
relationship marketing.

In conclusion, relationship marketing and reputation marketing build customer loyalty
differently. However, relationship marketing may contribute to gain higher level of customer
loyalty reason is build long-term relationship. In order to satisfy the customer satisfaction and
maintain customer loyalty relationship marketing focused more. Loyal customers who are
satisfied with the services or goods and recommend to their network circle. This can help to
expand the market by increasing number of customer and customer loyalty provided with
customer satisfaction. Reputation marketing uses different effort to meet the customer
expectation and concern for public review. It create e-satisfaction and e-loyalty. E-loyalty can be
motivate customers can to purchase services or goods. Both are similarly important.
