…because,	to	me,	it’s	a	dumb	change	
…because…well,	I	just	forgot	about	it
so	how	can	we	make	it	easier?	
so	how	can	spark	motivation?	
so	how	can	we	nudge	people?
WORKSHOP TIME!
1)	Form	a	group	of	4	-	5	people.
2)	Take	5	minutes	and	decide	on	a	problem	to	work	on.
I	know	it’s	a	crappy	looking	timer,	
but	I	didn’t	want	to	fork	over	$17	for	the	good	one.
