A professional review,, analysis and optimization recommendations of your current Marketing and Digital Marketing
programs and resources .
STATEMENT OF WORK:
Review your business and history
In this review, which will come at the forefront of the project, I will do a formal business review to assess your brand
strength, competition, target audience, marketing materials and programs, client penetration and company resources.
Review all current and past marketing programs
I will diagnose all of your current marketing programs/campaigns/site to assess what can be improved and what needs
to be eliminated and how to do so. This will be in collaboration with you and your team.
Assess target audience buying behaviors in Social Media
I will take the target profile which you will provide for our kick-off and then, using social and search tools assess how the
target is using the web to find products similar to yours. In this I will deliver findings of where and how the target makes
these buying decisions on social networking sites. This will include any influencer groups online.
Assess competitive landscape
I will take competitive list which you will provide for our kick-off and then, review how these competitors are using
Social Media and other marketing to drive brand awareness, unique market position and qualified leads. I will deliver a
SWOT analysis therein as well as any details on their social spends.
Assess related partner opportunities
I will review potential online partners in Social for guest blogging and co-marketing opportunities with both large and
small players that serve a similar target.
Social Media Analysis and Review
Review opportunities for Social media community development. Assess channels, campaigns, branding, current target
use, competitive social branding and activities.
Create and deliver an Actionable Marketing Report
Actionable report and immediate marketing optimization plan to provide guidance in leveraging of content, optimization
of content, channel selection, set up, content, management guidelines, tracking and reporting. Further, provide initial
campaign ideas for social media buys in specific channels, complete with target marketing plan and lead generation
conversion points.

To have a targeted, action plan for using the web efficiently and effectively to drive highly qualified leads into an
optimized lead form. Further, to have an actionable content plan to start to drive market position and visibility online.
