The internal communications function at Parliament is responsible for (1) seeking staff views and feedback on internal communication projects and activities, (2) providing office news and initiatives to be shared through internal channels, and (3) providing communication support for projects led by House of Lords offices and shared estate services. Key responsibilities also include developing, delivering, and reviewing corporate events for staff and members, as well as communication planning, advice, and delivery for senior management, administration programs and projects, HR communications, and surveys.
