Test it before you trust it! Ensure the course runs on all devises and browsers Does not take too long to load Test on sample audience across diverse backgrounds Have “feedback” directly incorporated in the course (without using a form) Focus on the “Experience” and not just what they want to tell you. Launch the course only when the confidence on its ability to “engage” is high.

Make it Social  Keep it live-beyond the “module”  Set up focused discussion forum  Throw the ball in the arena (but moderate it)  Initiate lots of discussion  Kindle the fire initially- it burns on forever  A good discussion never dies easily  “Social” ensures voluntary collaborative learning through experiences and opinion sharing
