Climate The prevailing influence or environmental conditions characterizing a group. Vision: Thought, concept, or object formed by the imagination. Competency 3 The principal knows how to act with integrity, fairness, and in an ethical and legal manner.

The Principal knows how to⊠Apply legal guidelines (e.g., in relation to student with disabilities, bilingual education, confidentiality, discrimination) to protect the rights of students and staff members and to improve learning opportunities. It is the principals responsibility to protect the rights of students and staff members as well as improve learning opportunities. Follow the law. Each and every time.
