I engage actively on a wide canvas in the field of teacher-training, sharing whatever I have learned over the years in this field with teachers and school administrators, aiming at helping them introduce much needed innovations that will better cater to the all-round development of their students. I specialize in areas such as Student-Centered Learning, Cooperative Learning, A New Approach to Classroom Management and Discipline, and Peace and Value Education in Schools. I divide my time between my work at the Bharatiya Jain Sanghathana, where I head the training department, and working with schools offering trainings and follow-up services along the lines described above.
