This document summarizes a presentation about incubating the Linked Media Framework (LMF) as an Apache project. LMF is an open source linked data server that handles both content and metadata using Semantic Web technologies like RDF, SPARQL and SKOS. The presentation outlines the opportunities of joining Apache to foster wider adoption of Semantic Web standards and describes LMF's existing codebase, releases and developer community as a starting point for incubation. It invites participation and questions from the audience.
