Directions: Using the PECs checklist, assess yourself by putting a check (/) mark in either strengths
or development areas column. Interpret the results by counting the total number of check marks in
each of the columns. After accomplishing the checklist, have a self-reflection on the result of the
personal assessment.

Interpretation or Insight:
In this checklist, I attained 6 strengths and 4 development areas. For there are things that needs
development in order to attain such greatness. While the others are truly developed through my
personal experiences. Learning new thing will help me gained such success like others do. But at
this moment, I need to fulfil this checklist to make this Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies
(PECs) of an entrepreneur become my strengths.

For there are things that needs development in order to attain such greatness. While the others are truly developed through my personal experiences. Learning new thing will help me gained such success like others do. But at this moment, I need to fulfil this checklist to make this Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies (PECs) of an entrepreneur become my strengths.
