REMEMBER THE SACRIFICE
“Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in
remembrance of Me.” (1 Corinthians 11:24)
E very Memorial Day, we remember those who have died in the service of their
country. In the United States, a place where such remembrances carry a deep and
emotional significance is Arlington National Cemetery, near Washington, DC. Arlington is a
serious place where, due to the passing of aging war veterans and the ongoing conflicts
around the world, there are currently about 25 military funerals every day.
This is particularly difficult for The Old Guard—members of the 3rd US Infantry
Regiment who serve at Arlington. It is their task to bear the bodies of the fallen and honor
their sacrifice. The members of The Old Guard never forget the price of liberty—for they are
reminded of it every day.

2. Believers in Christ have been given the Lord’s Supper as a reminder of what our
freedom from sin cost the Lord Jesus Christ. As we partake of the bread and the cup, we
fulfill His command to ―do this in remembrance of Me‖ (1 Cor. 11:24). But in the sober
celebration of the sacrifice of Christ there is joy. For we need not leave our remembrances
at the Lord’s Table. Living our lives for the Savior can show the world that we will never
forget the sacrifice He has made for us.
Thank You, Lord, for dying for me
On the cross of Calvary;
Help me always to remember
What You did to set me free.
Remembering Christ’s death for us should
cause us to live for Him.
To begin our prayer time together, we ask you to repeat this prayer with us each day...
“O gracious and heavenly Father, in name of Jesus Christ I pray for Pastor Avinash
and Rajiv and every member of their families and the entire staff of Well Fortified
Intercessors Army and Living God Group and their families. Lord keeps them safe
from all the evil powers and no harm should come to them and every one who are
working in the ministry. Lord Jesus guides each step and shows the right path on
which they will take. Dear Father God you have called them to do your will. Protect
them and guide them in whatever they do. I pray shower your blessings on them so
that they will be able to fulfill the work of our Lord Jesus Christ. Father God give
them strength and power and health. My heavenly Father keeps them away from all
kinds of dangers and gives them shelter under your wings. In the name of the Lord
Jesus Christ, I command a hedge of protection to be around their home and property
today and I ask that warrior angels sent by the you true Father God would be placed
to stand guard at any holes that might be in that hedge. I place the full armors of God
on them, and I ask that the light of the Lord Jesus shine through them this day. In
the name of Jesus I ask-Amen”
Pray specifically today for people you know who need to know the saving and healing
power of Jesus Christ in their lives. Many people are suffering – spiritually, emotionally, and
physically – let us stand before our Mighty God today on their behalf!

"Wheat Grass" - Know Indian Herbal

W heat grass is the most common herb found in India. Wheat grass contains
many supplements necessary for body. It also contains vitamins like vitamin A,
vitamin C, and vitamin E and minerals like iron, calcium and magnesium.
It contains enzymes like protease, cytrochrome, amylase, lipase, transshydrogenase and

slowing the aging process of cell thus gives the property of rasayan to
wheat grass
 The regular use of wheat grass increases the hemoglobin as it contains
iron in itself, which is very useful in increasing oxygen carrying capacity of
blood and is, helps in imparting pinkish color to the skin.
 Wheat grass contains vitamin A which is very useful in improving vision of
eyes therefore helping in providing proper nourishment to the skin under
eyes preventing dark circles and sagging down of skin
 Wheat grass helps in promoting blood formation therefore helpful in
formation of RBC (red blood corpuscles), WBC (white blood corpuscles),
blood platelets etc due to Alanine, an amino acid in it.
