– Help kids identify and manage speech and communication disorders
– Must be able to process and analyze what they hear to create treatment plan for patients

– Spends majority of day talking and listening to students and colleagues
– Must be able to speak to students and process feedback
■ Lawyer
– Require great communication and writing sills
– Negotiating and arguing cases require ability to say what you mean

■ Physical therapist
– Involves manipulating the body to help clients recover from injuries or build strength
– Does involve classroom work, but day-to-day work is all hands on

– Requires lots of planning and know-how, along with ability to repair and execute
plantings and maintenance of equipment
■ Mechanic
– Need visual skills to diagnose and an issue, but fixing it is all hands-on skills
– Ability to know how to manipulate parts and systems
■ Coach
– Required to reach physical skills
– Especially great because higher chance of working with others that have similar learning
style
