RFID Based REMOTE PARENT CARE (RFID & GSM)
ABSTRACT:
The main objective of this project is to develop an embedded system, which is
used to parent care, and verify and authenticate the authorized.
This project is implemented 8051 based Atmel/AVR-Atmega16 developed board
interfaced with RFID, Keypad, buzzer and LCD, GSM.
RFID sensors continuously detects the RF Signals .When an RF signal (RFID
Tag) is near to the RFID sensor it receives data from the RFID tag. In this tag we store,
predefine program for Student name and details. When the card is matching at the RFID
sensors the student is enter into college and second time leave information can be send to
the particular parent by sms using GSM.
Whenever the student enters into the college, he has to keep his RFID Tag to
the reader which is attached to our microcontroller based embedded System. At that
moment the reader will checks weather the information of the student is correct or not
and then it will decide whether he is entry or leave. If the information of the student is
correct then he will be permitted inside otherwise he will not permit inside and switches
on the buzzer. The information of the student will be send to the parent through one wire
protocol GSM. And the information of the access system will be displayed on the LCD
which we embedded to our board.
This project uses regulated 5v, 750ma power supply. 7805 three terminal voltage
regulator is used for voltage regulation. Bridge type full wave rectifier is used to rectify
the ac output of secondary of 230/18v step down transformer.
