PARTLOT & HAZARDOUS SHIPMENTS
Introduction to Hazardous : Hazardous materials substances in quantities
or forms that may pose a reasonable risk to health, property, or the
environment. HAZMATs include such substances as toxic chemicals, fuels,
nuclear waste products, and biological, chemical, and radiological agents.
Methods of hazardous material transportation: Hazardous waste is
generally transported by truck over public highways. Only a very small
amount is transported by rail, and almost none is moved by air or inland
waterway. Highway shipment is the most common because road vehicles
can gain access to most industrial sites and approved TSDFs.

3. For each and every HAZ line item panel entry is separately available in

Introduction to Partlot Shipment : A Partlot shipment is the result of
combining multiple LTL shipments from various shippers into one full
container (multi-stop truckload) shipment. Consolidated shipping allows
shippers to earn preferred rates and helps optimize supply chain logistics
by saving time and reducing cost.
Cargo shipping method in which a freight forwarder at the port of origin
combines several individual consignments to make up a full container load.
This arrangement allows the goods to be shipped as containerized-cargo
that offers greater security at lower shipping rates. At the port of destination,
the consolidated shipment is separated (deconsolidated or regrouped) back
into the original individual consignments for delivery to their respective
consignees. Also called grouped shipment.
Below screen shot refers to identifying partlot shipment in freight pro tool.
Paste the booking number in booking review screen.
4. Below screen refers to partlots shipment available with multiple shipper.
Introduction to leandocs clerk report: This leandocs report is basically
pulled from FP application by entering all the 10 to 11 origin port code in
united states and by giving the destination as ALL.
Below screens refers to LCL Lean docs clerk dashboard to generate and
based on the report it will assign task to the team members to work on the
bookings we received every day.
5. And once we hit F1 the report will start generating and gives us the raw
report with all destination bookings that needs to complete. Once the raw
data is prepared then the required macro will be used to pull the date in an
excel format. Below screen shot for the reference.
