• Methods of finalizing / short‐listing candidates (interviews, personality profiling tests
etc)
The process of recruiting candidates for the interview comprises several steps:
- check of CV of candidate
- One managers hold pre‐interview consultation with each candidate checking knowledge
of English, work experience, reference letters from current and previous employers
- During the pre‐interview consultation we provide each candidate with information
concerning the Interview with Company he/she will participate. So that our candidates
are always well‐informed and prepared for the interview.
• Support services to candidates in order to leave the country of residence (paperwork,
visa process etc.)
We accompany our candidates from the moment of registration them for the interview till
the departure to the workplace. That is after the successful result on the interview
procedure of registration goes through our agency.
• collecting candidate’s necessary documents, filling out the Employer Company’s
forms, visa forms, submitting documents to the employer
• Consultation candidates with the medical tests which they should complete before
arrival
• Consultation candidates about work, live and life conditions in UAE
• Info package which is issued for every candidate the day/two before their departure
• Support services to our company if our representatives were to fly in to interview
candidates
• Helping to get invitation to receive visa to Ukraine (if it is necessary)
• Airport transfer
• Booking of room for Company’s representative/s
• Booking of conference room/s for interview
• During the interview coordinator from our agency is organizing candidates
always keeping necessary discipline
