Hospitality recruitment agency Ukrpersonal Plus is leading and dynamically developing
recruitment organization dedicated to promoting recruitment for hospitality, restaurant and
retail business in UAE, Qatar.
Since our foundation in 2007 we have been working with several countries recruiting
employees for companies in the USA, Canada, Germany, France, Poland, UAE and QATAR.
In 2009 we started working in hospitality recruitment sphere with UAE hotels. Since that time
we hosted and organized a number of interviews for such companies as Emirates Group (Call
Center department), Al Tayer Insignia, Atlantis the Palm Dubai, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Grand
Hyatt Doha, St Regis Hotels and Resorts and others which were held on the high level and the
employers were satisfied with number of people who were brought to the recruitment
interview, with organization of the recruitment trip, and also with the potentiality of Ukrainian
country where UAE and Qatar hotels have good possibility to find a number of young girls and
boys with good knowledge of both English & Russian languages, and also with good hospitality
experience.

The process of recruiting candidates for the interview comprises several steps:
- check of CV of candidate
- One managers hold pre‐interview consultation with each candidate checking knowledge
of English, work experience, reference letters from current and previous employers
- During the pre‐interview consultation we provide each candidate with information
concerning the Interview with Company he/she will participate. So that our candidates
are always well‐informed and prepared for the interview.
• Support services to candidates in order to leave the country of residence (paperwork,
visa process etc.)
We accompany our candidates from the moment of registration them for the interview till
the departure to the workplace. That is after the successful result on the interview
procedure of registration goes through our agency.
• collecting candidate’s necessary documents, filling out the Employer Company’s
forms, visa forms, submitting documents to the employer
• Consultation candidates with the medical tests which they should complete before
arrival
• Consultation candidates about work, live and life conditions in UAE
• Info package which is issued for every candidate the day/two before their departure
• Support services to our company if our representatives were to fly in to interview

Some of the mentioned below interviews were organized through a third party & some are
direct contacts. But we think that the direct contact is always the best option to avoid any
misunderstanding and to save time as well.
• Fee Structure
We charge the employer 75% of one month basic salary
• Invoicing process & time period allowed for payments
If the company chooses the second way of Fee Structure, we usually get payment during
first month after candidates arrive to UAE
• Replacement policy
We are obligated to replace the candidate during two/three weeks if he/she doesn’t stay
with the company one year.
• Any other information which might be beneficial for us to know.
We can recruit young, energetic and communicative candidates with good English, all of them
with fluent Russian (without accent), with work experience in proper sphere.
