Biography
Leveraging success as a successful real estate and financial services senior executive in Fortune 500 environments,
Ted Sprink established the advisory firm "Integrated Growth Strategies" in 2001 to provide growth-stage and mid-
market firms with advisory services including product development, program management, national roll-outs,
business and marketing strategies and sales initiatives to:

 Enhance brand equity

 Broaden operational footprint
 Capture & retain customers
 Cultivate strategic partnerships
In full appreciation of the new concept of the iBuyer business model, Ted established the firm
“iTitleTransfer” in 2021 to specifically serve the iBuyer, iSeller and iLender markets with consulting
strategies and origination & closing services; providing clients safe, efficient and low-cost real estate
ownership transfer services. These services enhance client revenue profitability, liquidity, market share and
delineation from competitors.
Sprink served as Chief Executive Officer of a commercial division of real estate title insurance conglomerate First
American Corporation, and Senior Vice President & National Director of Sales & Marketing of real estate title
insurance conglomerates Fidelity National Financial and Chicago Title. In these capacities he was responsible for
developing, branding and marketing innovative new products, services and processes for the real estate, legal and
financial industries.
While serving First American and Fidelity as a senior national executive, Sprink drove $495 Billion in new
capital market transactions in a 10-year time frame by focusing on stakeholders including high net worth
individuals, accredited investors, entrepreneurs, builders, developers, commercial lenders, institutional
investors, Realtors, regulators, intermediary sales channels and strategic partnerships.
Prior experience includes Director, Strategic Alliances for Fidelity National Title Insurance; Director, Affinity
Marketing for First American Title Insurance; Director, Executive Sales & Marketing for the NFL's San Diego
Chargers Football Club; Chief Executive Officer for HomeFed Bank Corp, Vice President of Corporate Banking for
commercial lender Torrey Pines Bank and Business Analyst for Dun & Bradstreet Corporation.
Ted resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, and maintains a production office in Dallas, Texas
