These outside resources flowing in are called
inputs or raw materials.
Activities and processes that transform
inputs into outputs which is the product
or service being sold to customer.

Processses involve systems for
storage, collection and distribution to
customers.

advertising and brand
building, which seek to
inxrease visibility, reach a
marketing audience and
communicate why a
consumer should purchase
a product or service.

reinforce a longterm
relationship with the
customers who have
