The document discusses plans to develop a Personal Health Record (PHR) platform in Finland. It will allow citizens to enter their own health data and access it with consent on apps. The national social services agency Kela is building the PHR data management platform. Third parties can develop apps that use the data. The first phase of the PHR is planned to be ready by late 2017. It will use HL7 FHIR standards and integrate with existing national eHealth services.

Hinweis der Redaktion
health promotion programmes involving weight tracking will be able to use various tools and applications to record tracking data (steps, sleep, weight) on their personal health accounts. Healthcare professionals will then be able to access such data, with the clientâs consent. A personal health account also provides clients with a means of storing and managing their data
