Project Description & Responsibilities:
Providing telephonic and e-mail based technical support to our corporate client based globally.
Day to day interaction with the Clients over phone to support and understand the queries and provide solution in
timely manner.

This includes configuration / troubleshooting of issues related to Desktop, Laptop and Windows based client
operating systems, Users Account Management, Virtual Private Network, Remote Access Portal, Network
Drives, and application-based support with assistance from various other teams. Deploying software on client
systems through SCCM client and installing soft wares manually on users system.
The methods used in the troubleshooting include MSTSC (for remotely logging on to the users’ computers) and
Active Directory (to verify the account and access details of the users).
 Taking an active part in updating the Knowledge base created for the technical database on how to use
it for the process.
 Preparing and updating the Document for Minor Incident Management on quarterly basis.
College Project
Project Title: Network Energy Meter with Automated Load MGT & Billing
Environment: PIC Microcontroller and JAVA programming language
Company: KSEB
Duration: 4 months
Description:Project has unique concept in which electricity board can collect the consumed unit’s data from consumer
on mobile phone using GSM network. Each consumer is provided with unique energymeter,which is having a GSM modem,
microcontroller unit and a display unit internally.
The mobile consist of an Android application called My Electric BILL which displayed the registered consumer’s details
along with the units of data consumed and the billing amount for previous month.
Smartness of this application filled the gap between the consumers and electricity board to check the usage of unit
consumption without any dependency of electric postal billing system.
Achievements:
 Won first prize in science club Mini project exhibition on “High voltage DC transmission”.
 Won scholarship for the final year project (Network energy meter with automated load MGT & billing) by ICT
Academy Tamil Nadu.
 Industrial Training with Patratu Thermal Power plant, Jharkhand Electricity Board.
 Presented a technical paper on “Hydroelectric Power Plant’ in national level seminar on “Problems &
