The document provides instructions for a working group session to design MIT's campus for long-term resilience against climate change. It asks the group to brainstorm goals in three areas: campus operations, living lab, and campus as classroom/partnerships. For each goal, the group should discuss how success would be measured, necessary interim steps, and intersections with other working groups. The group is then tasked with creating a 1-page summary and 30-second elevator pitch to present their proposal.

Brainstorm a goal for each area
You will need at least one goal for each of the three areas above, but feel free to write down more!
Discuss
How would you measure success?
What interim steps are necessary to achieve each goal?
How does your goal intersect with, and /or require collaboration with other working groups?
