4. High-quality ceramic tile covers the floors in the kitchen, foyer, bathroom,
and laundry room. The rest of the first floor features hardwood flooring, and

5. The smallest of the three designs, the Carmel, is a 1,530-square-foot, two-

with a balcony overlooks the living space. The home is ideal for older

their lives.

7. The Berkeley, a three bedroom, two full bath, and two half bath home
totals 1,618 square feet with the option of a basement with 446 square feet.
When entering the space from the small porch, residents walk into the foyer
where one of the half baths are located.

8. A small stairway leads to a spacious open concept kitchen, dining area, and
living room. There is enough counter space for food preparation or to enjoy
a meal, and on the other side of the dining room a sliding glass door allows
in a lot of natural light.

9. The split-level upper floor has three roomy bedrooms. The master bedroom
on the first level contains a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The house
is especially designed for growing families.

10. The Monterey, the neighborhood's largest house, covers 1,654 square feet
with the option of including a 562-square-foot basement. This dwelling
contains three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths with a single car garage.

11. Leaving the home’s entryway, residents encounter a large, open design
living space that includes dining, seating, and kitchen areas. An island sitting
in the middle separates each area.

12. The upper floor accommodates two full bedrooms, a full bath, and living
space. The living space is large enough to fit a television, furniture, and
