Mit einer Strumpfhose, in der am Fußende ein
Tennisball steckt, und die über den Kopf
gezogen wird, müssen Flaschen von einer Linie
aus umgekegelt werden.
Rüssellänge: mindestens 80 cm
Entfernung der Flaschen von der Linie: 1m
Auf jeder Seite der Linie 8 Flaschen(500ml),
Abstand 50 cm
Zeit: max. 1 Minute
Ergebnis: Anzahl der gefallenen Flaschen oder
benötigte Zeit für 16 Flaschen

2. Elephant bowling
Pull a pair of tights together so that they have 1 leg
only. Put a tennisball into the tip of the leg. Bottles
must be kicked over from a line.
Length of the (leg)trunk: at least 80 cm
Distance of the bottles from the line: 1 m
On each side of the line: 8 bottles (size: 500 ml)
Distance between each of the 8 bottles on both
sides: 50 cm
Action time: max. 1 minute
Score: number of bottles kicked down or the time
used for kicking over the 16 bottles

4. Sprungbrett
Ein Tischtennisball wird mit einem Lineal (30
cm) über 3m transportiert. Der
Tischtennisball muss hüpfen und
anschließend in einer Schale landen.
Bälle, die vorher den Boden oder etwas
anderes als das Lineal berühren, zählen
nicht.
Zeit: 1 Minute
Ergebnis: Anzahl der Bälle in der Schale

5. Sprungbrett
A table tennisball must be transported over the
distance of 3 meters with the help of a ruler, 30 cm
long.
During the transport the ball has to be kept moving (=
jump on the ruler) and at the end will have to be put
into a bowl.
Balls that fall down or touch anything else but the
ruler are not counted.
Action time: 1 minute
Score: number of balls in the bowl

Murmeln über eine Entfernung von 3m
rollen, so dass sie anschließend auf einem
doppelseitigem Klebeband (50 cm) hängen
bleiben.

8. Sticking marbles
Roll marbles over the distance of 3 meters
onto a sticking tape where they have to
come to a halt.
Only one kick per marble is allowed.
Action time: 1 minute
Score: number of marbles sticking on the

10. Keksgesicht
Runder Keks muss von der Stirn ohne
Gebrauch der Hände in den Mund
befördert werden.
Fällt der Keks runter muss neu
begonnen werden.
Ergebnis: Benötigte Zeit (Maximal 1

11. Biscuit face
“Transport” – move a round biscuit
from the forehead into the mouth
without using hands.
If the biscuit falls down you will have to
start again.
Score: measured time until the biscuit is
in the mouth (maximum 1 minute)

13. Flaschenpolo
An einem Gürtel wird eine Flasche mit
einer Kordel am Rücken befestigt, so
dass sie in Kniehöhe hängt. Mit
schwingenden Bewegungen muss der
Tennisball ins Tor (3 m entfernt) bewegt
werden.
Ergebnis: Zeit bis der Ball im Tor liegt
(max. 1 Minute)

14. Bottle Polo
An empty bottle is fastened with a string at
a belt on the backside of a person, the
bottle should be on the height of the knees.
A tennisball has to be kicked into a goal
3 metres away by swinging movements of
the hip.
Score: measured time until the ball is in the
goal (maximum 1 minute)

16. Kartenrennen
Je 4 Zehnen, Buben, Damen, Könige und
Asse liegen gut gemischt, verdeckt auf
einem Stapel in der Mitte. Es darf immer nur
eine Karte aufgehoben werden und auf
einem der fünf Stühle außen (Abstand 1,5m)
verdeckt abgelegt werden. Dabei müssen
die außenliegenden Karten geordnet werden
( 4 Zehner, 4 Buben, …)
Ergebnis: Gebrauchte Zeit (max. 1 Minute)

17. Play cards race
Four tens, four knights, four dames, four
kings and four asses are in the middle of/on
shuffled well and turned upside down.
Each time only one card may be taken and
be put onto one of the five chairs, upside
down again. The chairs must be 1.5 m away.
The cards on the chairs have to be sorted >>
4 tens, 4 knights etc.
Score: measured time, maximum is 1 minute
