This document summarizes a student project that aims to prevent car theft and accidents. It presents the contents, introduction, flow chart, interfacing diagram, description of the hardware and software used, and features of the key components - ARM7 microcontroller, alcohol sensor, speed sensor, and ultrasonic sensor. The system works by storing owner details in the microcontroller. If the car is stolen, the owner can send an SMS to locate it using the GSM modem and GPS. Sensors can also detect alcohol levels, speed, and obstacles to prevent accidents and unauthorized driving. The main advantages are easy vehicle recovery and accident prevention.

3. *These days car theft cases and accidents are higher than ever, this
device give your car an excellent protection with the only reliable
and protective sensors.
*whenever you lost your vehicle and if you want to control
(blocking) also it can be possible through it ,this can be done by
using GPS module , GSM(Global System for Mobile Communication
) & the protective sensors .
Sensors used are :
• ALCOHOL detection sensors
• SPEED sensors
• INFRARED sensors for accident prevention

6. The process of working of this project is explained as follows:
Contact Number of owner and some required information's are stored in
the Microcontroller.
Whenever we find that our vehicle is missing then simply send a SMS to
GSM Modem from the authorized mobile after registering with the GSM
modem to the microcontroller.
Then we can send a SMS to the modem to block the vehicle such that the
vehicle will not move forward anymore. Then the Microcontroller gets the
location of vehicle found by the GPS modem and sends the message to
the same mobile using GSM modem. The message includes the location at
which the vehicle is present at that particular instant of time.
Whenever any vehicle is just in a range of 5-10 ft. ahead of your car. Ultra
sonic sensor detect it and send information to microcontroller which will
seize the engine as soon as possible.
Same is the work of speed and alcohol sensors .

9. Description:
This alcohol sensor is suitable for detecting alcohol concentration
on your breath, just like your common breathalyzer. It has a high
sensitivity and fast response time. Sensor provides an analog
resistive output based on alcohol concentration. The drive circuit is
very simple, all it needs is one resistor. A simple interface could be
a 0-3.3V ADC.

12. Obstacle Detecting Sensor is used to detect
objects and obstacles in front of sensor in a
narrow angle useful in robotics applications.
Sensor keeps transmitting modulated infrared light
and when any object comes near, it is detected by
the sensor by monitoring the reflected light from
the object. It can be used in robots for obstacle
avoidance, for automatic doors, for parking aid
devices or for security alarm systems, or contact
less tachometer by measuring RPM of rotation
objects like fan blades
