What comes to mind

We see a direct correlation between
Performance and the health of your Leadership,
Culture and Strategy. In turn, maybe you’ve
heard that culture eats strategy for breakfast
- the saying attributed to Peter Drucker. But

Companies with strong
cultures perform better
statistically, and have much
higher levels of employee
satisfaction and retention
than companies without a
clear and enforceable culture.

positive attributes is one
