    milestones?
   7. Where is the critical path?
   8. Is everything connected?
   9. Do any of the tasks sit out by
    themselves?

   10. If the tracking view
    ◦ Has this been baselined? Ie that is our starting point
      with planning
    ◦ What progress since beginning the project?
   11. Variances
    ◦ These are the gaps between what we planned &
      what is happening.
   12. Managing time or schedule

   Think about what you need to tell the project
    team & appropriate level of detail
   Your schedule should be reviewed at least
    weekly and this will feed into
